I enjoyed the pics a ton, thanks for posting.
Pictures are FANTASTIC. I own #19353, the first 400A produced. Do you happen to have any pictures from the 1976 Auto Salon. I'm under the impression that my car was the one they used to introduce the model. It is maroon now, but was originally Grigio Mahmoud. One other question I need some help with. The engine # is 0006. Any idea what happened to 1 thru 5? Thanks. Bill Image Unavailable, Please Login
really nice thread it s a pleasure to see that. 80·s are most important years for Ferrari productions beautifull models.
OMG You just made my day, Makes me want to move and work for Ferrari! I think, I see my 308......No wait mine is an '84
Hello, I'm getting my 1985 308 GTSi registered in the classique program. When I get the book, I'd love to add photos of the factory taken around the time my car was produced. I ran across your photos and they'd be perfect. So I've got a couple of questions... 1. Would you mind if I used them? I'll give you credit for taking them. 2. Which photos were taken in 1985. I'd prefer to include them without those taken in 1980. Thoughts? Thanks, Kevin Willems BTW: Either way, thanks for sharing the photos.
Welcome Kev.......this is an awesome old thread........ Marcell's not here but his email is pretty easy to find, I have it somewhere... Congrats also on being the FIRST to send a 308 thru the program, there's a lot of interest in it and probably more 'survivors' of the 308GTB than any other make.......... We all want to know the details of you r experience! Me, I just need a couple of blue/white handed clocks! LOL! Ask about those, for me................
Why did they trash all the clocks. Bernie?? Tell me, why oh why.......?????? *"Why do Fools fall in Love", from American Grafitti soundtrank*
Fantastic picture Marcel! Thanks for sharing! I think I see either Tommy's or my car in there! Don't I wish! I do wonder if one of those black cars could be mine!
I can't understand it either. If they made a batch of those clocks, they'd sell like hotcakes. Everytime one surfaces on E-bay, it's a shark-fest-feeding-frenzy. The last one went for almost 300$.
Thanks for your support. Has anyone else gone through this yet? The real concern I have, pending the factory's acceptance of our photos, is if they're going to have trouble with the tires. I have rated R tires on the car now instead of the original VR-rated tires. BTW: The prices for the classique program have changed recently. For my car, it's $2,500 plus $1,000 for the original work orders. Ouch!! (That might be a bit pricey for a clock. However, with the price of everything else, maybe it's not too far off. <G>) Thoughts? Thanks again, Kevin Willems
Dio mio! I just found this thread now &^$^& ...unbelievably amazing pics..truly made my day..Grazie Marcel
I own a May 1980 308 GTSI.Your pictures are great!Makes me think that possibly one of those 308's shown may be now sitting in my driveway. Thanks for the experience. Enzoferrariphil
