    Hey guys,

Last month brought us anther back to back rainy event. Despite the weather, we had close to 200 very special cars in attendance.
This month we will have some better weather and a couple of special events afterwards.
Immediately after our event, we will be holding a Dyno shoot out at APS in Shakopee. (3136 130th St. W Shakopee MN 55379). $40 for 3 pulls on their 2wd Dynojet. There will be food, drink and music at APS.

We are also very happy to announce that Todd Zuccone from Evolution Motorsports in Tempe AZ ( www.evoms.com ) will be there joining us and tuning european cars with their own Evomsit software. Check their website for your application and pricing ( www.evomsit.com ) Evolution Motorsports will be prividing a 10% discount off all tuning during this weekend. Please contact me for more details/reservations.

Please note that our event is from 8-11am. Parking is first come first serve. If you show up at 10:45, the lot is more than likely going to be full and you will be asked to park in general parking.
Unless you are looking to get this event shut down, please keep the burnouts and hard launches for the track.

    Time and Location:
    The event is from 8am-11am
The location is the Minneapolis AutoMotorplex located at:
    1740 Motorplex Ct. Chanhassen MN
Please check out the Motorplex’s website for map and other details: http://www.automotorplex.com/
For people traveling east of 494 we would encourage you to take the Crosstown (62) extension (HWY 5) the where it becomes 212, exit on Powers Blvd (Which is 1 exit past 101) go right, drive approx 500 ft and turn left on Lyman (at the light) travel approximately 1 mile, turn right on Audubon and we will be 1.1 mile on the left.

Weather.com is always wrong. :( There will be no rain!!!!!!!
The event is rain or shine though, there are plenty of places to stay dry and plenty of people/cars still show up.
    See you guys there!

An absolutely crushing turnout and fabulous variety of cars.

Here are just a couple "special" cars including the 275 GTS that appears as my avatar.

I am anxious to see the photos and videos from today (including some shot from a helicopter).

    Luis,

The "other Tim" (who owns the 275) thanks you, he is a friend and client of mine. You and I met briefly at the first outing back at the "other place". You have started what has become a premier car event. :D

The burnouts are probably not the greatest idea.

I agree 100%. I ask people not to do it, we have signs up that say not to do it, yet every time, somebody feels it's necessary to show off. There are cops all the way to Eden Prairie on 62, into 5 and 312 all the way to the Motorplex, people have already been ticketed. I can't understand why they feel its cool.

Thanks to all of you that made it out. We had a phenomenal turn out.
The Helicopter pics really capture that size of our event.
See you guys in Sept. We are working on setting something up with Stockhohlm raceway for an out door day of Karting after the next one. Stay tuned.
