    It looks to me that there's a cavallino logo in the direct front of the 458 grill that sticks out from the background.

    Where does the front plate go on this car?

    Apparently the horse was photoshopped onto the plate mount.

    If one wanted to be totally legal then you could either take the horse off (if it even has one) or the better bet is to get a license plate holder that works from the tow hook mount up front.
