Hi guys, I want to respray the front grill and am wondering if It easily comes off.

Can anyone advise? If it is too difficult then I will simply leave it on and mask the car.

    Thanks

Yes, that's it, thanks. I actually went outside and had a look, there are 2 phillips on top and 2 phillips on the bottom. I will give it a shot and confirm

no...those are the tiny screws holding in the insert...the grill is just 2 screws. Little angles on the grill itself. usually painted to match background. Mines an SS so possibly differant

+1 two little screws. I remove the grill every few months to clean out the bugs and goo that accumulates behind there.

p.s. Be careful on reinstall. The aluminum is a bit sharp and can easily scratch the bumper paint if you're not careful.

Thanks guys. I figured out the four screws were for the entire unit, and then located the 2 screws on either side of the Prancing Horse, HOWEVER, in my case there was a THIRD screw below the one on the right side. I discovered this when the grill would not come out, so I snooped around and found this third screw. Grill is now refinished in satin black, looks like new, and reinstalled ready to take on some more wind/bugs!! :)
