If you ask about the 90xx series of true comp cars, yes. And most of them had 3 carbs, albeit huge mothers. My old 9057 if presently for sale in Jolly Olde, beautifully restored in silver-blue.

Thats one of the 3 carb cars. Like Ed said, big mothers. Very cool cars, lots of very special stuff on them. Very fun to drive.

All 275 GTB/C's (and I do not mean the 1965 Corse Cliente model) have the intermediate style of open drive shaft with constant velocity joints.
Carburettors are not particularly big being 40mm, the same size as for a 250 PC, Lusso or GTE.

A rather simple rule of thumb-assuming you can see the side of the engine's block-a torque tube ties the block, bell housing, the tube and it's driveshaft, to the transaxle in a single, and unified assembly.

This block-and only this block, will have a SINGLE motor mount for large, rubber mounts- a-la-daytonas-with a pair of them on the transaxle to mount the entire package fore and aft on this pair of pairs of rubber and steel supports.

275 street cars use of torque tubes, as a rule(and rules are broken every day) seem to have begun at 8113...or was it 8311??? Senility....

I stand corrected; I think Bart is right. It's been too long since I looked under one! He's also correct about the carbs; they are 40's. The car that was REALLY over-carbureted was 2689GT, the LM-winning SWB berlinetta, with size 46's. It hardly ran below 3000 RPM, but once you nursed it up to 5000 it was like nothing else. Forgive my approaching senility!

Common concensus seems to agree # 8311 first torque tube car.

Carbs are Weber 40 DF1, which I believe are unique to the 275 GTB/C second-series cars. While their size is common, their design and appearance are certainly unique and special.
