I have always been impressed with your collection and now that 275 takes the cake. Nicely done, good to know that the good guys can still come out ahead in the legal system.
More pics of the 275 would be neat.

275 and P-51D Mustang: two of the most beautiful man-made objects in one location. I approve:)

You were treated very poorly, as I recall, with fabricated criminal claims made against you by the con artist to delay the return of what was yours, so it's nice to see that you prevailed and that the System slowly worked.

I think that thread has been long deleted, though...

Congrats on collecting on your judgment. I never thought it would happen. Judgments are one thing, collecting is another. Way to go!

When I google "Christopher Gruys" all kinds of interesting links come up. :) (Am I making big assumptions that this was from his collection?... EDIT... more I find, more I say... Chris f*cked w/ the wroooooong guy, and lost all his toys...)

This is apparently 09073 which, if Bluemel has it right, is one of the 12 long nosed cars constructed.

Congratulations on the acquisition, sorry you had 4+ years of aggro to get it. Hopefully your legal troubles are now behind you and you have cleared your name as well as getting enough toys to keep you entertained for the foreseeable future! Enjoy them all!

I hope it was worth the aggravation! Lawsuits seldom are but it looks like a crooked lawyer was held to task here.

Noticed the 917/30 and 275/C are for sale at Cavallo in San Diego. Best of luck!
