I only agree with the Kimi peaking at McLaren thing(2005 where it was his).He won more than ALonso in 05 and he still had that "peak" skill at Melbourne 2007 when he dominated in his first appearance in red.Schumi will always be able to trump Fred.Just for that I want it to be Schumi/Massa/Fred next year with the 3 car rule(if it happens, probly wont because it would contradict the whole "cost-cutting fiasco that we have been waging war over the past years).Schumi will triumph and Alonso will have his hands full with Massa.
It'd be nice to see them side by side in the same car. But that would mean Massa ain't coming back (which is a possibility). We'll see.
I agree with you Alonso is far better than Kimi. I went thru a time where I didn't much care for Alonso as I perceived him as the typical young arrogant youngster which is an age thing with most young males. He has matured and in the overall scheme, he's much more dependable, seems more centered on his job at hand and appears to have less of the erratic driving behavior displayed by Kimi. Have a wonderful, safe trip to Valencia. Forget the hotel info for me as Alinghi has selected the UAE for the America's Cup in February (major dollars to make that happen so I'll settle for tv coverage in lieu of a spectator boat!). We're off to Dusseldorf later in the week for the LMS Nurburgring race. (I'll check on the F1 race via iPhone.) Safe travels. Carol
Safe travels to you as well. At some point I will have to cave in and go to the Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain). Need to first find out which one is most Western like and has the least restrictive rules.
De Nada.(You welcome) Unfortunately I won`t have the time to go to Valencia this year cause of work. But If one day anywhere I meet yourself, take care of that,I will buy you a beer,,,and "Jamon pata negra de bellota" ¡¡¡ jejejej
Imagine if you will... Massa still isn't ready for Australia next year, but Schumacher is. So MS and FA/KR would be up against a field of rookies. Ferrari would have drivers that have 8-9 world championships vs. a bunch of drivers that have never even turned a race lap in F1. Krikey!
