Whilst doing some research, came across this in a magazine. At first I thought with hindsight that they had confused it with the F40, but the F40 was already made and being sold/raced. Doesn't suprise me that it was put into production. Can you imagine a 348 with more power than an f40. I really like the rear lights on it and the spoiler isn't too bad either. Do you think it's too late to send Ferrari a letter saying that you would be interesting in this model?
+1 ........... the 355 surpassed all those 348 turbo 'possibilities' ............ nothing beats the greatness of a 'normally aspirated' 3.5L 5-valve v8 with individual throttle bodies ...........
So you are saying the 355 is better than an F40? I think the real reason they didn't make the 348 turbo was because Enzo had passed away and the new management wanted the V8 models to be more user friendly. How else can you explain the 360!!! The 355 was of course the launch pad for the feminisation of the Ferrari marque. Here's a famous quote by Enzo Ferrari. "A Ferrari should be a thing of beauty that evokes passion and longing and makes the chicks real hot. Just like the 348."
the rear kind of looks like this car that was posted a while back on this forum Image Unavailable, Please Login
