    F'king transport companies.............

    I purposely didn't go with the least expensive company because I wanted to get it here quickly and have firm dates for pickup and delivery. Well, now I know that it really didn't matter........

    They picked it up last Tuesday and told me they would have it to me by 'Saturday afternoon, Sunday at the latest'................ I called while we were at C&C on Saturday and the driver told me that he's still in New Mexico, and that he's now on a Monday delivery schedule..........

    Delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!

    RobertM drove me to pick it up when they were unloading it from the truck outside our housing development. Took it for a spin, and it drives great! Even took RobertM for a ride to pick up his kids.

    Tomorrow I will go fill it with gas, and with liqour........ not sure yet which one will last longer............. ha, ha, ha............. ;)

    Those things last forever. Just be prepared to put a new tranny in her. Thats the only thing that seems to go bad.

    We can use it to drive around all the Civic, M3, Corvette, C-class, Camry, and Accord (and other) owners who try to register to attend that don't quite grasp the generally accepted concept of what an "EXOTIC CAR" is........... LOL........ :)

    Out with the 'old', and in with the 'new'...............

    Before I bought this limo, I was trying to decide between the one I bought and a much newer and much nicer one (and much more $$)........... I went with this one, because I figured it was just as much fun for a lot less $$......

    But, you know how that little voice in your head f'ks with you when you see something that you want. Well, that little voice started screaming at me to go get the other car from the time this one got delivered. This car was fantastic, yet for whatever reason I kept thinking about the newer car. So, it was inevitable that I would eventually gravitate towards a newer car at some point.

    I had the opportunity to spend some time with this car, and certainly got my money's worth out of it!!! But, alas, it was already time to move on to bigger and better things.............. so, I sold this one today, and I am hopefully going to pick up my new one in a a little bit!!!! The new one is an Executive Coach Builder's ICON edition........top-of-the-line-mac-daddy-bizzo-shiznit!!! :)

    Bought the new one!!! All I can say is WOW!!!!! It's f'king awesome!!! Got it home on Friday night, and ended up watching a movie in it while parked in my driveway!!! LOL!!!

    Black on black, Lincoln Town Car 120" Stretch by Executive Coach Builders (ECB), ICON edition - absolutely sick, sick, sick.............

    It's going in for pinstripes and some customization on Friday - I will get some pics then!!
