You don't have to be rich to own a Ferrari

The majority advice given to new users looking into the practical aspects of buying a Ferrari is: 1) take care of personal/family responsibilities first, 2) buy with cash or be able to buy with cash, 3) maintain an adequate reserve for repairs (depends on model, but access to at least $15-20K is probably a minimum), and 4) have a primary car. Your husband would not have gotten much support here if he had described your situation in the same way you did, so your "anger" is misdirected.

The skepticism and negativity you're seeing has to do with the perception that your post is manufactured and not real. On the other hand, if your situation is real, it would probably benefit you to prove your bona fides and provide more details about the car and your locale (not home address, but general metro area) as you are more likely to find a buyer and get a fair price, or get help to achieve that, than to post it on E-bay or classified ads. The exotic/sports car market is depressed right now and good values are difficult to achieve. So if you really need this sold, then you would be helping yourself to discuss this rather than venting and making enemies.

FWIW, I'm also skeptical because there something in your registration that is inconsistent with the facts/tone of your story; but I'll leave that to you to explain if you can.

Hey Tex, I have to give you credit man for being able to let a bunch of kids crawl all over your Ferrari. I like kids. I love and have a blast with my girlfriend's 7 year old grandson. But I would freak out if there were a bunch of kids grabbing all over my 348. Of course, this would be true even if it were adults so it is not about it being kids. I would be alright with a couple of scantily clad women touching my car but that is about it. Anyway, it looks like they were having a great time with your car.
