Why lease you can do much much better just buying it, and NO you don't have to make 500k/ year to own a f430.....would be great then you could just pay it off in 1 year. There are plenty of people here in my town that make substantially less than that have 500k houses have 150k cars. It's more about how you budget than how much you make. An example is...owning a 65k house paying 500/month on mortgage then paying 2-3k/month on a car, but it also helps our cost of living is 1/10 of what it is up north.
