The A/C hoses leak and need replacement. The new ones are connected via dummy fittings with the old ones, we try to pull them through front to rear. Stuck after 0,5 m, when it bends to the sill.

Any tips how to do this?

    Regards

Search the archives. There are some clips that you'll run into at those turns. The GT4 has some access panels that you'll need to open so you can move the hoses away from the clips.....its fully documented here...

Remove RH gas tank, undo clips. Also a panel at rear of front fender well give access to the tunnel.

Yes, remove the gas tank and the panel right in front of it.
Yes, there is a hidden panel in the front wheel well that gives access.
Also there is a panel under the rear window, but you need to remove a bunch of interior parts to get to it. I coated the heater and vacuum hoses with wire pulling lube when I did them. I think I will be pulling new AC hoses this winter.

Thanks for the help. Pulling out through the back worked, the wheel well needs to be opened to help over the first bend. No clamps, no gas tank removal.
