For those individuals from Kansas City leaving for Crescent Classic on Thursday, September 10th, we will leave from Louisburg Ford (located on highway 69 at the highway 68 exit) at 9:00am.

This will put us in Joplin around 11:30. For those individuals from the south that want to meet up with us, we can meet at the truck stop located at the first exit south of I-44 on highway 71 south where we have met before. We will leave from Joplin at 12:00. This should put us in Eureka at about 2:00.

    Looking forward to seeing everyone!

    Chris,

As we have not done the meet before will this be "Flying J Travel Plaza" or "Joplin Truck Stop" on Range Line Road.

Steve Meyer indicated he can quide us there but we will be running short on time and will have to head for the truck stop first to drop Linda off. We will be trying to get out of here as soon as we can but have to get the dogs checked into a kennel which might delay us a tad and will only get us to the meeting point at 12:00. (Doggies are not to be checked in the day before according to Linda).

Will call you and Steve closer to Thursday.

    Kind Regards.
    Deon and Linda.

We are leaving KC Thursday evening around 5PM.
So we can gather any stragglers as we pass through.
    We will be trailering also.

    Larry,

This was pun intended at Brian. (Trailer hitch on the Gallardo with my wife and her luggage in the trailer behind it).

Your straggling will be too late for us though. If we miss the 12:00 time she will need a mid afternoon pack as she does not quite want to go down with the non-trailering group.

She will now be going down in a Mercedes E63 as the Turbo burped over the weekend that it needed new brake pads. After a lot of phone calls and the Zimmerman's and Padgid's arriving and me installing it the afternoon she still wants to go in the Mercedes.

    Deon.
