Don't get me wrong I love my spider but this thing is a must have.

Introducing my friends latest purchase, he now owns the fastest car in town.

2003 Gallardo special modified twin turbo 1002hp

Nope that is not a typo it has 1002 bhp :eek:

It runs on premium gas 92 octane and achieves 870hp all day long, but with the flick of a switch and high octane gas BANG 1002 hp.

There is fast and there is UBER fast this thing is HOLY JESUS H CHRIST JANE GET ME OF THIS CRAZY THING BEFORE MY EYES GET STUCK IN THE BACK OF MY SKULL FAST. :D

I started her up and it was concussive, I mean our cars are loud but this scared the **** out of me standing still, the only other cars that would do this to me might be the ZR Enzo or the Masarati MC12. I saw the twin of this car called the Green Monster on the track and Holy **** is it fast fast fast.

The turbos kick in a a low 4000 rpm and with virtually no lag just intense torque. At idle all you hear is little pfffffffft left side then pfffffffft right side as the turbos release pressure, how cool.

    +1 :)

The doors completely kill it for me......but I have tried to get into a car in the pouring rain with a lambo door kit, I can still feel the scar on my head....

Nice car, but I'll keep the 355.....:D

I bet this thing is quick though......it would give a whole new meaning to the word "rapid".

I'm speechless! But i'm not sure why.... is it the performance? or the stupid thing he did to the doors? Its true, the Gallardo doors open all wrong for a Lambo, but that's NO excuse for what he did!! Sorry... otherwise, gorgeous would be a gross understatement!!!

+1 ........ the car is good but among many things, it is the wrong color ...... I would much rather see more of Roberto's girls ........... ;)

Those TT Gallardos are no joke. Who did the pin wheels, Heffner or UnderGround?

I have driven one of these at a road course for a petrified owner and and found the car an exercise in imbalance and sillyness. The original Gallardo and even more so in the LP560-4, are an example of very special packages. These tt cars are so unbalanced as to be almost undrivable in anything other than a straight line, which is not what these cars are all about.

Agreed on the wheels. He needs to convert them back. They aren't even a GOOD Lambo door conversion. They don't even go up straight. Looks like something you would see on a kids Integra. Love the rest of the car. The engine bay looks awesome.

He already has Lambo doors with his Diablo (exact same color and year as mine). He doesn't need them on his Gallardo.

    Hey Roberto,

What's he doing with his Diablo? Makes no sense to keep 2 Lambos now does it?

Must be mindblowingly fast, but visually it is "trying to hard" -- like a normal orange Lamborghini wasn't getting enough attention.

That Lambo door kit poster is priceless.

    Money/value aside, I think I'd take a 348/355 instead. Unless a 328 was available.

    I agree.

    What he said.

I was thinking of the steps one had to take to make Guillardo ownership palatable...

I also find VW/Lambo owners (as opposed to earlier models) on a completely different plane (universe?) from Ferrari owners. More fluff, less heart and soul.
