Did a dry run of the parcours with my wife and her parents. They absolutely loved the scenery. Here are some pics. It's a gorgeous route, with some newly paved roads. Some of you had expressed an interest in attending this event, on the condition of course that mother nature cooperate. Unfortunately, the forecast is calling for 100% rain (22mm)!!! And it appears that there is no chance of the forecast changing. I think that we can all agree that a scenic outing in th rain is no fun. My question is this, if I postpone it for Saturday the 10th of October, would there be enough interest (or availability) to participate? Reason I ask is that it's Thanksgiving Day week end and perhaps folks might have other plans. If people would still be interested in attending, please let me know as quickly as possible since I need to make arrangements with the Auberge Quilliam.
They're announcing sun (although cool) on Saturday, so our tour of the Eastern Townships is on. Same time & meeting place as on the invite for the 3rd. See you all there!!!
