Local 360 For Sale-Anybody Know It?

My friend is looking at this 360 on eBay here in town. He has been talking to the owner and is going to see the car next week. We were just wondering if anybody personally knows the car/owner, and could attest for it's history/condition. The carfax reports an accident in May of 2007, and am curious on what happened. Thanks for any help.

Hmm that is fishy. This car is starting to smell really funny.
The car is supposed to be in the Alamo Heights area.
