    Given that it has no bumper, I wonder if it was put in for some bodywork and the 'mechanics' took it out to do that to it. :(

    I can't imagine the owner actually permitting that sort of abuse.

    You have obviously never been on the streets in the middle east. This type of driving is not surprising there. There are really no rules for the road. You have not lived until you catch a ride in a taxi in Cairo or New Delhi. It makes a trip down NYC streets look like a lovely ride in the country. ;)
