    Based on the F348 images, I have redoubled my efforts. In this installment we have a broken throttle pedal cover that has had the breaks repaired with 5 minute expoy, and dremel tooled into shape, followed by a light sanding to smooth everything out. This cost me $0.00 since I had the epoxy sitting around, the tools, the paint, and the time (about 2 hours).

    The first image is the repaired part with the expoy showing, the second is the repaired part ready for instalation. And yes I know its neither perfect nor concourse d'elegance. Enjoy anyway.

    and now for the final 3: enjoy (or else)!

    Well crap, I've run out of image posting space. Anyone know how to delete old images that are taking up space--the ones without the button to select them for deletion. I seam to have 110 images from 4-7 years ago I can't delete because there is no button.

    You need to purchase a paid subscription - Silver or Rossa - look on the top tool bar under the WELCOME to subscribe). I just remembered, I need to re-subscribe! LOL

    With regards to your car, it looks GREAT! I noticed you had a little leather wear on the side of your driver's seat bolster. I have a quart of Leatherique dye (we have the same interior color) which I had custom blended for me. It's a perfect match for the Ferrari Connolly 3218 Saddle. I be happy to send you a small bottle in the mail so you wouldn't have to spend to $100.00 for the custom-blended quart. I interested, PM me your mailing address and I'll send it right out.

    It looks fantastic. But, whenever I see a car advertised that looks this good, and then see it in person there is a substantial difference between the naked eye and the photograph.

    So, in your honest opinion Mitch , since you have the benefit of the naked eye, what do you think the results are on a scale of 1.0-10.0 (10.0 looking brand new) ?

    The images actually don't do either the leather or the rest of the interrior justice. The leather has a kind of glow in sunlight that you just have to see with your own eyes, and yet can't quite be captured on film/digital.

    I bought the car with 22K miles on it, and I though the dealer had done a good job on the interrior. To me at that time, it looked great. But this time around, with all the grime removed is just stunning, gob-smacking or jaw dropping might even be called into use. And as noted above, I though I would have to redye at least some of the leather, but after a thourough* scrub, the leather is just incredible, a kind of irridescent quality that is difficult to describe. Sitting in the sunlight with the doors closed, it just kind of glows like there is a light on inside.

    The shade of tan seems to have changed, gone is the brown undertones, and up is a kind of yellow-orange healthy <blah blah blah>{I could literally go on forever.}

    The feel of the leather has also been transformed. It has the soft suppleness of new leather, yet the seats hold the drivers posterior firmly, yet gently.

    This is not my first escapade with letherique. About 5 years ago I did the leather, but left all the stuff inside the car. And although it came out as well as your typical make-right on the leather, it pales in comparison to this job. Just look at the absolute lack of grime in the recess between the bat-wing and the rear window shield. The whole inside is now this clean.

    (*) and I mean 16 hours of scrub brush use on the leather alone some with small tooth brushes, others with larger instruments of dirt destruction.

    Hmmm....I am finding it rather difficult to remain on topic after seeing that photo, but have you had any experience with the Tornador product for cleaning a headliner? I put one on order after being wowed seeing my detailer take a few passes on my BMW.
