Anyone else find it a bit ironic that Aholeso is whining about drivers not slowing down for the yellow in Q3...

I too noticed that - the cameras followed him while he confronted Buemi and others - at least Ross is reputable/truthful and said NO my guys didn't slow down. I'd love to see the telemetry from Alonso's car during that time. Guess since he's signed with the big team he can spout about anything ...I got a bit tired of hearing about him and seeing him act like an idiot - I think the commentators did also!

ON the otherhand - wasn't Vettel absolutely fantastic - Ferrari TOTALLY missed the boat on this one.

He can whine all he likes, have you noticed Grid positions and weights have changed ... Alonso Button Sutil Barachello all recieved 5 grid spot penalties ? Button now outside the top ten, with the same fuel load as Vettel.....Hmmmmm

 

+1. Well maybe soon Alonso can be bought out for 45m also. Maybe then they'll also bring back the manual gearbox at a premium.

FA....no class trash that is passed from team to team. Im absolutely enjoying his antics and mouth since he has been hired by Ferrari. Simply more confirmation he does not and has not earned his seat. This pathetic soul needs his own little team to run. "Team" and "Alonso" should never be in the same sentence.

Ok so I ask you guys, what did he do that is so wrong? He had a point. If the Brawns or whoever went through the yellow flag area at full tilt then yes they did break the rules. If I had backed off and saw two guys not back off and my last lap in Q2 gets screwed up then I would complain too, as would any of you guys were you in the race.

 

There is the rest of the team to take up that fight ... he needs to shut up and drive

Really? You expect what left of the Renault team to get anything done? Please, the only person on that team they might listen to is Alonso.

 

Alonso sounds like he is going to be the Terrell Owens of F1. Great athlete, but impossible if you have to live with him.

I prefer to think of FA more along the lines of a Randy Moss. Get him on the right team and look out...
