yeah same pap. $1900 per month is pretty good.
Marcello it would be better for yr friend to buy a 355 and pay cash.
    348 - 355 - 512 are the best

If he puts down $70k AND can afford the payments, then he should buy the F430, if that's what he really wants. Again, we know nothing about this guy. He may make $200k/year and own his house outright. Too many unknown variables here.

Life is short, guys. Anything can happen to anyone anytime that could make it so they could never drive any car, let alone an FCar.

Besides, with a $70k down payment if things got crappy for him he could always fire-sale the F430 and at minimum break even.

Again, most people on here claim that buying an exotic with cash is the only way to go. Well, I financed my 355. I make more than enough to cover the payment which is a heck of a lot less than many people pay for their E-class or 5-Series. Besides, I owe about $15k less than what I could get for it if I had to fire-sale it today. So, I am comfortable, not broke, and yes, I have a car payment for my Ferrari. I wanted a 355 and knew I would have to finance to afford it. I've had her 15 months and I have zero regrets.

+1! If he wants to finance a 430 then I say go for it! :D:D

A 355 is awesome, but why pay cash for a car that he doesnt want? :p:p

I'm with ya...:) I have a payments for my 355 as well. The wife and I make enough to make two car payment. Could I have paid cash? maybe but it would have left me with no money in the bank. I've had a payment for 2 years now and have 2 more years. It's getting to the point where I've been thinking about doing the same thing on a 360. I could hold out for the 2 years with the 355 trade it in and maybe swing the payment for a 430. If I have to make payments to drive the car of my dreams then so be it. I could die tomorrow saving to pay cash and never drive the car at all. Just my .02 cents

360/430 ??? ........... from a 'drivers' perspective, it does not get any better than a 355 ......................... and if money is buring a hole in your pocket, then spring for 355 upgrades ..................... :D

Its funny you say that...:) I've talked to people have have "upgraded" and everyone says the best car to drive is the car they have. Ask a guy in a 360 that had a 355 and he says 360. Ask a guy in a 430 that had a 355 and he says 430??? I've seen a lot of guys go from a 355 to a 360 or 430 but can't say I've herd anyone going froma 360/430 back to a 355???

Don't get me wrong I like my 355 and if possible I just might keep it and upgrade...:D

actually reminds me of myself. I had 2 motorcycles, truck, sedan and my nsx but only had 1 two car garage and I was renting my house...

course the only car that really drove well or was of much value was the nsx. the others were POS's
