IMHO, one of the most silliest thing the Malaysian government has done. Lets see if this whole project is gonna be a major embarrassment.
At least they are showing something, they are working, have they scale model and have a plan. I'd like to see some real stuff like that about the other new teams.

Is this a result in the changing regs?

yep, that front wing looks even more gigantic than those we've seen so far. They're just testing stuff...i hope.
