Thinking about parting with some 348 parts.

    I have decided I might want to make some changes to the 348 as far as weight and looks. I am thinking of parting with my seats, OEM mufflers, OEM wheels, mad mouse belts, trunk liner, OEM tailights, OEM 348 front nose and the ever so rare fog lights. I am thinking of replacing the frontend with a F355 nose. If I decide to do this I will be selling the parts, does anyone need any of the items listed above? If I get enough interest in the parts I think I may start taking it a part at the end of the month.

    The foglights will likely be sold before I get to the end of this post (thankfully I don't need them but I know they are unobtainium)

    I am curious as too the current market for the fog lights, last I heard was $1800.00 each. My lights are not pristine for sure, one has a hair line crack in the front and both are covered in 40 mil impact sheets (which obviously did not work on the cracked one ;)). Anyway, I haven't decided to do this yet, wait and see who might need the parts.

    I'd like the shoulder harness cassettes if you are not going to reuse them. Those are the assemblies inside the middle of the firewall cover between the seats. I also might need the passenger mouse track and maybe more.

    I need the shoulder harnesses and the belts in the seats, however, I would sell the passenger mouse track assembly as I already have a buyer for the drivers side. PM me and we can talk.

    Its a crappy motorized seat belt the Yankee 348's had. :D:D

    last time a set was on ebay, they went for 650 each the buy now was 800...so 1800 is very overpriced

    Hmmm....They are all over, saw one left side at $2200.00. Anyway I won't put them up for anywhere near 1800.00 each if I sell them.

    They are one piece unit I believe. All the light lens are together. Did you damage the rear of your 348? PM me if you are interested.

    You menitoned in the OP that you were going to get rid of the mouse belts so I assumed you meant the whole enchilada in favor of a 4 or 5 point system. I am not sure what mouse parts I need yet on the passengers side. Need to check on it.

    Well....I guess I could. I wasn't planning too, but its not a bad idea. I seem to be getting the interest I want so IM me and maybe I will part with the whole thing with shoulder belt depending on price. You only need the one side correct?

    I guess I am going to sell stuff. Anyone who needs what I posted, please let me know. I have decided to keep the trunk liner for now and both mad mouse assemblies are on hold for potential buyers until next week. . I also have the OEM tool kit and a new in the box passenger side door wiring harness i don't need. I will be a little flexible on price depending on the part.

    Why are the fog lights unprocurable for the 348 ?
