As you all know, the Scuderia Badges are the Ferrari logos on the front wings of the Fcars, those are an option and thats why you see some Fcars with out them!
I went to the dealer (stealer) the other day and the cost was 1.200euros each. Yes 2.400euros for 2 badges.... then I try to find them in US that the prices are always much better, but still, they are for $1.190 each
So, I say to myself, WTF, I am better then those that make them for the Ferrari, I am a jeweler so I will make them and I will make them better!
So I went to my small garage workshop and dusting my tools!
One good thing is that I have the right tools for the job and as every craftsman that respect himself, I have a small CNC machine!
So, I make the art work, and using a 2.2mm aluminum plate that I found in the garage I start working on them.
Then I buy some a very good enamel colours and a liquid glass, after I finish them, I bent them to fit on the wings and using double side tape I add them on!
I also make a logo for the Ferrari F1 16 constructors world championships almost like the one on the 430 16M Scuderia Spider
    Note. 21 large photos
    Enjoy.

    Beautiful workmanship!
The right tools are unfortunately only half of the story, a true craftsman.

The 27euros was for he colors that I can make 10 sets more, the aluminum plate cost 10 euros or so and you can make 5 sets more less.
This small CNC cost me about 14.000 euros 5 years ago with all the goodys that you had to have, but still, you have to learn how it works and this needs time!

    Wow, that is beautifully done.

I actually took off the badges from my 360 and 430 Challenge race cars because they are heavy. A pair weighs almost one kg. I put sticker on the fender to save the weight, so cars are now maybe 1/1000 second faster. :D

+1 How many hours did you spend making them?

If he starts selling (the beautiful) badges, Ferrari may have him "kneecapped".
