About 2.5 years. Bought in February 2005. I have grown to really like this car. But I need to make a run to the Appalachian mountains sometime soon.

    0 years, 0 miles on a 348. Didn't buy one.

Nice 328 behind the other car!! I love that angle. ;):)

    Nice cake.

328 guys don't bake much - pretty much just driving, pub scene, sports, etc.

Congrats, Eric. I remember when you bought her. We need to get together again sometime - Darrell's place or something.

It has been too long my friend - I feel the itch to get a lunch and drive together soon. That was some good food at Darrell's place last time around. OT I need to buy a copy of your book soon - too much bullsh@t bingo going on in the office these days!

Good thinking. If we only used the "search" function, there would scarcely be a need for a new thread.

If you leave F-chat for a year and come back in 365 days, it's the same posts, different posters. As best as I can figure, there's approximately a 25% turnover in the ownership of F-chat cars annually. So in 4 years, you have an almost entirely new bunch on here, but asking the same old, tired questions:

    - What oil do I use?
    - Can you do the belt change without removing the motor?
    - How do I wash my car? (tough question I know)
    - What wax do I use?
    - What do I do with these mouse belts?
    - Is the 348 inferior to the 355?

And then there's the occasional "I'm so happy with my 348 I'll NEVER sell it!!!" Uh huh...check back in 24 months and let's see how that's work'n out for ya. ;)

Then there's the "my baby's coming to her new home tomorrow..." And we've seen the same car from 4 different F-chat owners already.

2 1/2 years (purchased May 19, 2007 with 25,250 miles on it), now has 38,022 miles.
So I have defied Huskers odds! :)

Two years, 8,000 miles. I love it. I drive it often, drove it yesterday. No regrets.
