355 Purchase: need some help please

Hey guys,

I have a friend who is just about to buy a 355 Spider, and needs some help.

1-Various colors for sale, but is Red and Tan the one to buy if at some point intend to sell the car?

2-I have read that 1995 is a great year provided the valves where done. Also, seems I read something about the headers.

What do you consider to be the best years to purchase?

3-How important is low milage, say in the 10-11K vs 17k or even 25K?

4-What are the other obvious issues that just tend to stand out that should be considered?
