I'm shocked how badly the English language gets murdered here (in the US) by people that were raised speaking it. Oh sure, most of us can speak it, but it's very sorry the number of people that can't write; correct spelling and grammer seems to be a forgotten subject, and it makes me wonder if it's still being taught in the schools. Of course, texting and tweeting do not help...

    To Randy Forbes:

The correct spelling of "grammer" should be "grammar" in my opinion.

    Kind Regards,

With people that have English as a second or third language a lot of excuses can be understood. What is regrettable is what we Americans regularly do to our language. I am far from perfect myself but it seems that a large portion of the population is down right atrocious. At least on F-chat if Rob could ever get an automatic spell check it might improve some around here.

I have a spell check button on my tool bar but am regularly too lazy to use it unless there is a very likely error(s). That is why I said an automatic spell check like Word has; what sort of code would have to be written to have spell check in English and Italian for here?

I have seen old posts by Rob that indicated that automatic spell check on F-chat would be a major undertaking.

I think Rob should leave it the way it is. I truly do judge the relevance of a persons advice by their spelling. I have been wrong many times of course, but still I like to know.

It is also my hope that wherever the cars may end up they will be visible to the public and not hidden away to never be seen again.

    Mike,

I don't have anything for you in terms of an answer. However, thank you for this post. It cuts to the crux for me- wondering what the calculus was for the sale/reputed sale of the collection. At the end of the day, I'd be curious to hear what USD value people impute or assign for the GTO as a part of this multi-car transaction. Ditto for the other high value cars included in the sale.

    Best,
    Dave

I've never seen a connection to Kroymans for any of the 3 F50 GTs, especially not the one that was crashed first at Infineon, and then later at Laguna Seca, as it has been owned since new by Art Zafiropoulo here in the USA.

0227EU is actually 0255EU. There has been a swap between the Rhd (older) 0227 and the Lhd (later) 0255 othewise almost similar Vignale cabrios. I am weomg in understanding that the allmighty "Classiche" recently condescended to agree on that?

In the current issue of SCM, Hamann's is advertising that they are "offering for sale" cars from the Kroyman's collection
