Vegas spotters '09

Spotted a white GT-R, a 360, an m3, and about 3 other exotics coming down the hill from Pahrump.....all of them had some windshield banner that I couldn't really read.

 

Red w/stripe Ford GT today on 7th st. 3 R8 V10s at Desert Audi.

 

Looked like an R-type or Mk. VI, white four door standard steel, on some sort of
jacked up chassis, maybe two feet just to the running board

Only exotic I saw in Vegas was 20 years ago--a red Iso Grifo (short nose) that belonged to a tough casino employee. He was really irate when telling of leaving it at a shop where the employees took it out at night and bottomed it out on a railroad track at about 70 mph. I think the car was humpbacked (as far as the chassis) after that...

 

Just saw a dark 355 on Charleston, looked forest green.

Titanium 430 on Thurs night by Costco.

 

Yellow 430 spider yesterday on Charleston near Red Rock.

 

Yellow Gallardo behind me this am on the 95.

 

Lime green Gallardo this morning on the 15. Black murci roadster and two Cobra replicas just a few mins ago passing red rock. Murci driver was younger looking guy, UT plates.

I finally met my neighbor with the yellow 348SS. He was mowing his lawn with the garage open so I introduced myself.

Just now I saw an Asian girl with a navy blue GranTurismo at PartyLand trying to stuff what looked like a dozen large foil helium balloons in the car with her. Handy things those Maseratis...

 

2 new Fiat 500's on the 15. Very cool!

 

I know it's not Vegas but I saw my first one here in Hong Kong today. I've seen them in Europe and I want one!

 

Are they coming out here now with the Chrysler/FIAT deal?

 

Seen a couple of Vantage V8s in the last few days. White roadster and a dark (blue?) coupe. On thurs there was a yellow Murci roadster outside my office building.
