Thanks. Seems the actual production time was about 14 days longer. Grigio Ferro Met. and the rear diffusor seem to be responsible for this little overtime :)

But ... it was worth the wait ;)

Thanks NNO. I'll post more pictures of the car outdoor when I get a chance. Less than 24 hours to go before final delivery

First of all, thanks to all for all these nice comments and reactions.

Indeed Martin, tomorrow is the big day. Now I really feel like a kid in a candy store :) Can't wait for the moment to push the start button and hear that V12 roar ...

The weather is looking reasonably good, no rain at least. I'd say: Go for it!

yeah, I'm seriously in love with this car. This and a few other examples show how AMAZING a 599 can look if you know what your doing.

    Well done mate...

Awesome, I'm looking forward to it. Feel free to post a picture of the matricola plate. :D

I think a lot of Ferraris look beautiful in dark gray and dark metallic gray. But this is the first time I've seen a Ferrari in a color like that and it was striking. I can't wait to see pictures of your car in the sun.

Honestly looks too pretty to drive. As already said, it's so striking in it's specification.

    Enjoy in good health!

M-i- Just beautiful and great taste in the options. The color is just beautiful and I love charcoal leather.

Did you get any kind of credit for the Challenge wheels over the HGTE wheels? Not sure which is more expensive OEM.

Let's see a speedo shot of 180, and a hi-res flyby! Eh, I'm asking too much. Some hi-res shots of her would be nice though. ;)

Congratulations! I am so glad to see someone actually personalizing their ferrari and taking advantage of the options ferrari provides for customization. So many exotic cars I see these days have bland color schemes that could have easily been pulled out of a Prius catalog.

I hope you enjoy this brilliant automobile and I hope that this inspires others to personalize their exotic cars in the future. After all, they are called exotic cars because they are supposed to be exotic, not off the shelf!

Hey guys, thanks for all the nice comments :)

Sorry, I've been off line for a while partially because I'm trying to get as much seat time in the car as possible but also because I have been very busy with work lately. Wednesday's delivery was a blast. Very well done and thumbs up to my dealer.

Nevertheless, I'll post more pictures later and some driving impressions but for what it is worth ... what a car and the HGTE pack is money well spent. This thing is amazing :)

Stay tuned for more updates ... ;)

Can't wait for mine to arrive...this has been the longest car carrier transit time east to west ever...supposedly I am about 3 days out! Will I have treat for Thanksgiving or be relegated to eating turkey??

Gene, I'd like to believe that you'll be updating us when your car arrives.

But will you be bringing it to the Sunday gatherings? I would looooooove to see an HGTE.

I would sure love to take it to one of the Sunday morning spots. At this point Ferrari has enusred me a 1/43 scale model of my particular car with a personalized name plate...whoopee! Where is the car...looks like turkey on Thursday and a HGTE after at this rate.

Where on Sunday are you going should it show?
