After some brief deliberations with his #2 driver, LdM made the following statement to the press: "Suddenly the curb jumped at the car and I lost all aerodynamic downforce, which in return caused the car to drive into the gravel trap."

    That's fantastic!

Couldn't he get more help from those two highly paid men in the back seat?

Darn. I gave my best to make it sound like Massa's comments after Sepang 08.

Technically, Alonso can't help because he's still under contract to Renault, and that leaves Massa as the dead weight in the back seat.

Luca should stick to his job behind a desk not wheel.

    A fitting role.

Looking forward to see Massa drive again. Finally a chance to start the "cheering" again. :)

    No,
We are going to cheer for Kimi, as he did so well, that an injured "dead-weight" got picked over him.

no no no...it's just smart biz sense...Mazzuh still around has nothing to do with his 'greatness'...pay all the big bucks to FA cuz he's going to win another WDC (that he brings beaucoup bucks with him is also a plus), and have the corporate cheerleader Mazzuh wipe FA's rear when he's done pinching off his loaf...all the while paying Mazzuh peanuts...

    You got it.

Maybe not quite the words I would have used (pls no fecal terms here), but in essence the message is true.

I think it's kinda funny some think Massa is still around due to his "driving talent" :D

No, Kimi's at the bank depositing another enormous check from Ferrari while on the TV he's watching the 3 clowns performing in the circus that he's thankfully no more apart of. :D

Despite being widely despised here, the California is a great, eminently usable car even in nasty climates. Perhaps the best Ferrari ever in that regard. Its very satisfied owner described it to me as idiotproof. But apparently they have bigger idiots in Italy than in Finland.
