John, Yes. I have personally bolted a 348 intake system onto a 308QV. It looks a bit taller than the 308/328 injection, but I didn't have the 308 parts to measure. The 348 ports are a little larger at the mating surface, but you can blend the head and still have a nice taper to the valves.
