According to the ad, this one has only 6 cylinders :)
Thanks all....my 355 deal seems to be back on. I drove the car and wow. I am having PPI tomorrow at Daytona...hopefully no bad surprises. If all goes well, it will be in my garage soon.
FoO did the service, installed the original exhaust and wheels and sold it this past summer, I think it is my old car (ZFFXA20A5J0076459)...if it is , she was a beauty !! boy, she get's around ....
ahhh i was wondering if it was someone from here! I understand the car is having a p.p.i done as I type but what killed your deal originally and why is it back on all of a sudden? Sounds like they had a deal and it didn't pass the other guy's p.p.i or expectations maybe?
Wrong and wrong....again. They didnt have a meeting of the minds on the deal untill now. As for the PPI....I was at Daytona today and saw most of it and this car passed all the tests with flying colours. As for anyone who is having their PPI done by someone without an SD1.....your wasting your money. The 15 point check for the spider roof alone cannot be done without the SD1. Daytona had their 2 main Ferrari guys on this car for more than half the day and they miss nothing. A few minor tweeks and the car heads out to its new home. If anyone is up that way, you just have to check out the 365....what a classic and loooong car.
As 355 said, you need the right tools for the right job. All seems well and the car should be in its new home in a week. Daytona indeed did a great job and Aleks (and team) is first class. For my first experience in that Garage, I was very statisfied and I believe they will be my choice to maintain my "baby". 355...thanks again for your insights today. I am sure I will have many questions to you and to the guys on this forum...looking forward to a meet. Pics will follow soon.
how am I wrong? he said his deal fell through originally so I assumed that someone else beat him to the car. All of a sudden his deal is back on so what reason besides bad P.P.I or financial/wife issues could there be? I was saying anything bad as I tried to buy the car myself for someone. I am not wrong about anything. What was I wrong about before that you say "wrong and wrong...again"?
Your one piece of work. All he said is that the 355 deal was back on. The reasons are his business not yours. But you come on here and try to interject it must have failed the PPI and now you even have the balls to mention "wife". I wonder if you would be saying the same thing about a car you were trying to sell. It amazes me that anyone would go through you to import anything bigger than a beach ball.
NO you're the peice of work! becaue I use a different service centre then you you feel the need to TRY and discredit me any chance you get! Get a life bud....if you only knew the truth. At first he said his deal was off and then a couple of days later it was back on, the only reason you're *****ing is because it's me that asked, GUARANTEED if it wasn't me someone else would have. So keep looking for ways to discredit me and my business but it's not going to happen. At first I was "wrong and wrong...again" and once you realized that I was never wrong about anything throw in the "balls to interject" So keep throwing your money down the drain and i'll keep saving mine and others.... And before you even dare to assume how I handle my business why don't you SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO HAS DEALT WITH ME AND ASK THEM HOW MANY CAR'S WE GO THROUGH BEFORE WE FIND THE RIGHT ONE! so to answer you're question yes I do say bad things about cars that are OFFERED TO ME again I DON'T SELL CARS! get it through your head.... How about this, call Stu at G.T.A exotics and ask him about his yellow 360 and the $25,000 service bill he got...maybe it will shut you up for once.... Sorry guy's I tried and tried over and over again to keep everyones name clean but everyone knows everything about everything.
Amazing, so you get to insult people and their business's and they're supposed to take it?! never have never will. Again call Stu and ask him about his yellow 360 and $25,000 service bill!
Guys, take it to PM. No need to go any further. The original poster has found his car and let's just wish him the best. I'll close this thread and he can start a new one with pics and info if he chooses. Cheers,
