I dont normally do this but felt good service deserves recognition. We read enough posts detailing poor service experiences. This was my 1st service experience with FoNE under new management at their new location in Norwood. To say I was satisfied is an understatement. Michael and the staff went over and above. Refreshing to see customer service does still exist. Would I buy a car from FoNE, yes. Would I have my Ferrari serviced there again, yes. Would I recommend FoNE to others, yes. Thank you Ferrari of New England.
Not only did I purchase my 2005 360 F1 Spyder from FNE, but I have it serviced there as well. I agree 1000%!
