Is that the oil? If it is, than you most likely have a blown head gasket or something that allows water to mix with oil.

Looks like the dip stick in his hand and the oil reservoir tank to the right of that.

I had a small amount of gunk, although not remotely similar to that, and it wasn't on the dipstick, only around the mouth of the oil reservior tank. I wiped it off and was told to run the engine for an hour or two without the dipstick in place to help burn/clear out whatever that crap was. I haven't seen it since.

I hope that is not what we think it is....

Is the car using coolant? Has it been driven over short distances not allowing the car to come up to running temp?

I would clean up that mess and take the car for a good long drive, sometimes this type of build up can be caused by condensation, a good run should clear that up.

What ever the cause you have water in your oil, there are a few things that can cause this, but start with the basics, an oil change wouldn't hurt ether.

Sometimes condensation will do that, what does the oil look like on the dipstick?

If the oil on the dipstick looks OK then running it without the cap and getting it good and hot will get rid of it..........till next time.

ok, I think the same. condensation. but I wanted to know about you, I will clean it well, in principle know I should not worry because it is very likely to be normal.
    THANKS!!! :)

Normal or not it shows there is water in your oil, and that is not a good thing.

How often and for how long do you drive your car?

Yes it looks like the result of condensation which would happen with a lot of cold starts that didn't lead to the oil getting fully up to temperature.

I've also seen that happen on cars with a faulty pcv system but I'm not familiar with the crankcase ventilation on these cars.

Remove the breather hoses that run between the valve covers and oil tank and clean them also. A lot of condensation will hide there and even if you clean just the tank area it will return. This is common for these cars especially if they are not driven much.

I had a little crack in the rear buper in june, i took the car to the mechanic and they finish it last week... the garage is about 20 meters of the mechanic so they probably have moved the car around 20-30 times only that 20 meters in this 5 months, so im nearly sure this had happen because of somany quick start-stop

That sounds like a reasonable scenario to cause the water condensation in your oil tank.

If I had a guy take 5 months to fix a crack in my bumper, I'd look for someone else to do my next job.
