I don't know, but from the video the place looks like it's going to be fun.
It's a theme park, it can't be subdued. The whole point is to be over the
top.I'm already liking the memorabilia and theaters showing vintage
    footage.

i was there for the F1 and watched all the concerts which were hosted there at ferrai world. Its a pretty awesome structure but construction is well delayed and it wont be ready until the end of 2010??.... apparently the f1 roller coaster does up to 200kmh and pulls some serious g's.

Have to agree. Takes the name Ferrari to a level of tastelessness that I never expected. Thank Luca!

I'm assuming that Ferrari is not paying for the construction of this theme park, or at least not 100% of it's construction. Who are the major financiers of this theme park?

I really wish that Ferrari would keep it classy and NOT do something like this, but I would much rather have Ferrari stay true to it's roots and use some of the profits from side projects like a theme park to further develop it's F1 program and enhance it's street-legal race cars. Ferrari can put a theme park on every continent as far as I'm concerned if it allows them to never have to sell out and go the Porsche route of building Cayennes and Panameras in order to fund their racing projects.

I think it looks extremely cool. Might be an excuse to take a trip down there in the near future. :)

    That roller coaster sounds insane...

No way of ever really knowing, but I would be curious as to what Enzo Ferrari would have thought of this use of his name and heritage.

What type of $$$ is needed for updating this place? After a few years the rides are going to be so dated.

I wonder how this thing will do. How big of a market is there for this Ferrari theme park? I just can't picture it packed with people, wall to wall, like shown in the video. I'll be interested to see how popular it is...
