My paralegal got me a 1:20 R/C Enzo for Christmas, one of the ones they had at Macy's (IIRC they had 360CH ones too). Got it out of the box and it only goes in reverse and the lights on/off, forward makes a grinding sound and stops, can't turn.

Does it need a pre-delivery service? I thought these things were tested and broken in at the factory!

    Correction.. I miss read...

Does the radio have any settings that need to be checked, batteries replaced? My advice is if all that is good than I'd look into trying to replace it. I'd also look around the base of the car for any twist ties, or something that could be caught up in it. Oh and make sure the battery has a full charge.. My guess is you did all that.

    Good Luck

Good call, I'll look for twist ties. And I was going to try new batteries - it came packed with its own generic batteries but I'm putting fresh ones in anyway.
