Nik, do you know the book that Rob Box wrote about his business? There's a Dutch version but also a German one and it's called: Darf es ein Ferrari sein?
You'll see some cars from de Siebental in that book as well. Very fun to read. Those were the days...and prices! Time machine anyone?

    Best, Peter

Correct. It has been undergoing restoration for ten years now. Not finished yet.
I published an article and several photos about 0048 M in the FOC UK magazine Volume 15 Number 3, issue #59, in Summer 1983.

    Its Probably #0975GT
I have seen the car( in silver)in Cuneo at Goivanni Gordanengo restoshop.
after he bought it .about mid 80th ??
he retored the car in org black paint. It was in a very poor condition than
matching in sideplug motor was with the car.
the serie one cars PF-coupe has the chrome Tudor inside mirror, as seen on pic.
    car is now in berlin
    but I could be wrong.
will not be the last time.
The nose of a 330GT is more modern flat .... IMO

Yes, 0975 GT was at De Siebenthal's scrapyard, I can confirm that. However, it is not the car on the photos. De Siebenthal had several PF Coupés. Today 0975 GT is near Boeblingen (Stuttgart), Germany. It had been heavily crashed by Jean-Pierre Morand in Switzerland and yes, it went from De Siebenthal to Giordanengo for a reconstruction.

I published a 3 page article about the Ferraris on the De Siebenthal scrapyard with photos and list of many Ferraris in the FOC UK Magazine Volume 14 Number 4, issue #56, of Autumn 1982.

More than ten years ago De Siebenthal sold all the remaining bits and pieces, engines, gearboxes and stuff to Piet Roelofs, the restorer in The Netherlands. Two trucks full of parts.

Ah, but I see a Healey, for sure. There was also one shown inside the shop in another picture.

I would say 330 GT 2+2 Series 2 due to big crease around grill (see red arrow).

I think the nose is too long and the roof to rounded to be a 330 Gt. I vote for 250 PF too. JMHO.

I think that is just a shadow. I would say 250 GT PF because of the proportions at the top of A-pillar. Maybe Niklas might provide a higher resolution scan of that area or maybe find another pic that would show this car better? Best wishes, Kare

That's a nice book. I'm sure some of the chassisnumbers mentioned here will be in the book.

    Beautiful car!

There is a photo of that car that Marcel Massini posted somewhere. It IS a 330 GT 2+2. I have the photo in my files but can't post it because... Marcel's copyright.

I have several of Marcel's Pierre de Siebenthal's scrapyard pictures posted (with his permission) in the registry. See http://www.330gt.com/Detail/unknowns.htm and search for Siebenthal using your browser's search function.

This 4HL 330 GT that had major front end damage is 5415. See http://www.330gt.com/Detail/5415.html for a couple of different pictures.
