    Hi all,

I'm looking to sub-lease a small workshop area for working on 1 project car. I'm building an Ariel-Atom based tube frame custom designed car. Anyone have idea where to find such a lease, I've tried craigslist local garages but no one seems to want welding/CNC cutting in a private garage (not surprisingly)?
