Bought a couple of little things. Way too pricey for what you get. Better deals are out there. Check around.

It's been a number of years ago, but I purchased a car cover, some filters, and some manuals from them - no problems.

Early on bought stuff from them - one item took 6 months to receive - but I
knew that going in (he told me it was on backorder). But good experience
and was nice on the phone.

I had them refinish my air filter box and I got an emission decal from them. No problems and they were easy to work with. For these harder to find items their prices are reasonable. Other common items seem higher priced then other well known vendors mentioned often on fchat.

I've bought a few smaller items from them. No problems with their service. However, their prices are usually high. If you can't find what you need elsewhere they are ok as a last resort.

Aren't this thread's title & first post rather extreme without any evidence that OP has even ever dealt with the people he's commenting upon let alone a specific quibble ?

They were one of the first suppliers i delt withnever have i had a problem with there service.Hell once i ordered the wrong part # they had no problem with the return. In a nut shell it's how you treat the employee at how a mistake is handled,to come up with the end result that both parties are happy with. You get the part, they don't loose a customer.

they sent me parts for a 2+2...when i ordered parts for my 355.there mistake.i sent them back like they asked me to and they charged me a 40% restock fee...im currently in dispute with it.even on there copy of the ticket the part # is wrong.i also sent my core back for the clutch.they sent me a receipt back that said my core was ok...as soon as i disputed my bill.they took my $200.00 core credit and charged me for it..i said fine send me my core back......still have not gotten it...6 months later

So you of course "reminded" them it was their fault and refused to pay. They'll fix it or you don't pay. No biggie- right?

I would agree that this sounds like terrible service, and I'd like to hear the other side of the story.

Question: you wanted parts for a 355 and they sent parts for a "2+2" - that sounds wacky. Are you talking about a Mondial, or a 250GTE, or what? What parts were they, and how did they become identified as "2+2" parts?

Question 2: Did you follow the return policy as stated on their website? It sounds like you did, I'm just asking. You DID get pre-approval for the return?

This is just one reason why I prefer not to buy parts online. If I need a part, I always ask our local Ferrari dealer to match online pricing + shipping. Often they will. Note: I haven't dealt with the new management yet.
