we have had the most snowfall in 25 years here in geneva. (i love snow in the mountains but not in town). and therefore i have not driven any of my ferraris since right after christmas !! i am going through withdrawal !!! i have been forced onto public transport which i detest.
anyway, just cant understand how you guys in the snow climes can handle it all winter. i cant wait till things warm up !

It broke the freezing point for the first time in a few weeks here in Michigan, and currently at 34* and feels pretty nice. "Rather warm today" was the weathermans predictions....

I am still waiting for that Global Warming thing.
I may just leave all may cars running overnight to speed it up.

We broke freezing in Kansas yesterday, and it was 45* Fahrenheit today, local high school track team was running in shorts. WE've pretty much have had snow each day since Christmas Eve, and one thing that helps is having an AWD Ford Expedition.

    Ross,
From what I've seen on the news, pretty much the entire northern hemisphere has had a tough winter so far. We had a day today a little above normal for the first time in 6 weeks or more, so I got the 430 out to get the fluids moving and fresh gas. This was the first time since November. We don't expect to drive Fcars year round here, that's what we have Toyotas for. Still, in the winter of 07-08 when we had the coldest, snowiest Dec-Feb period on record, the Fcars slept for 3.5 months. Here's a mid March picture when I finally got one out.

Service and upgrade time for the summer toys.

(I did run my 328 in winter in MA on some cold but dry days, but my current tires are useless below 40F (4C), and I don't have spare rims for snow tires. ;))

    But winter can be fun.

    Rally it can. :D

The F-car was stuck in the garage all winter after this snow. Hate the snow although the FJ Cruiser is a blast to drive in the winter. Goes everywhere and never gets stuck.

I usually go to Florida or California for the winter but I have stayed in NY this winter for the first time in years. I don't like winter at all and I would not live here if it wasn't for family or my rentals.

If living on the moon and looking back to earth someone asking me where do you want to live on earth, I would not pick anywhere it snows and is cold 6 months out of the year.

However it is beautiful here in the summer.

Not here in Vancouver! In fact, temps have been so warm and with so much rain, several of the local ski hills have SHUT down, including Cypress Mountain, which is one of the venues for the upcoming Olympics... Less than 30 days left to go... They have snow-making capabilities but they need a stretch of below freezing temps overnight to keep the snow from melting away.

I'm not complaining though (well, a little bit because I went skiing before the Christmas holidays and it wasn't that great) as I have been able to drive my GT4 quite often during the last couple of months.

Green and orange may be OK but my mother told me never to touch anything yellow in the snow.
