I'm planning to purchase 4 new tires for my 360 spider. I'm going with stock tire size. So far my choices are: Pirelli PZero System or Bridgestone Potenza RE-11. which should I go with?

I got a new set of Hankook Ventus V12 and have been VERY happy with them. They're almost silent, and ride quality is great. Plus they are priced very reasonably.

I haven't done this yet, but when I need tires, I'll use the above with Fronts: 225/45ZR18 and Rears: 275/40ZR18.

The RE-11 is extreme performance summer tires, one of the best non-R compound street tires money can buy.

Michelin PS 2's. Excellent for the street-wet or dry-a couple of track weekends a year, good longevity.

I've driven (street/track/autox) just about all of the above tires (although mostly on Porsche's and BMW's), and for out right dry grip and feel on street tires the RE-11s are by far the best of the those mentioned above. Significantly better grip than RE050s and PS2s. The RE-11s have a fairly stiff sidewall, so they are a bit harsher than something like a PS2, but they are still very quite. You will not be disappointed.

My vote goes to the PS2s. Well worth the money.

I Had Pirellis on and they are vary soft low milage 6500 milage with no hard driving.
Last set I put Bridgestones BS POZ S-02A milage is 2x the Pirellis they stick well only complaint is flat spots when cold for about a mile of driving. Best price is TIRE RACK in South Bend IN.

It is weird that when you do a research on tirerack for all the best tires the study pops out that the best tire is the BF Goodrich Gforce. I'm base my point in the stars they giving to the tire. I have read some magazines articles and tirerack test all the tires on their own track. I think that is the best way to recomend a tire. On the other hand you have all the test Ferrari did on their track. I think the best tire will be the one that the car comes out from factory. In my case are the Bridestones S-02.

I remember one time when I was watching Top Gear and Allan was testing the Ferrari 360 Challange. He said that if the car would had the pirrellis it would performance a lot better.

I like the Bridgestone RE050, stiff sidewall, I like the turn in. Second would be Michelin. Never been a fan of Pirelli, haven't seen that much benefit to the ridiculously rapid tire wear I've experienced with them :)

My car originally came with the Potenzas from the factory. They lasted 8K miles and I switched them to PS2s. Although the Potenzas were great tires, I feel the PS2s are superior.
