Wonderful company - very pleased with them. They take great care of you, provide you all of the details on utilities and where the furnace, water, sprinkler shutoffs are in the house, and are very friendly. I used them for three years, and according to the contacts page, the same people are all still there. If you are a great tenant, you can get more than your deposit back when you leave. Two way street with them - high standards, but great relationship if you do the same.

Then I think Caravan may be what you want. In 2002 I rented and kept coming back to them while searching. They treat you well, and make it easy. Like I said, they have high standards, but do the same, and you will be pleased.
