Advice for factory visit

I, we were there just last November. I simpy faxed my request directly with a variable itinerary and received a viable date for the visit. Of course no photos can be taked, enjoyed the opportunity and lunch across the street as well as the museums and shops.
But personally did not learn much and was disappointed with the factory tour. Have had factory tours at Aston Martin, Jaguar, Rolls Royce, Fiat, Alfa, Maserati, Lamborghini,Porsche,BMW, MB,Ducati and Vespa and was treated like royalty where as at Ferrari you were just another pesky tourist. Enjoyed Vespa the best of all

 

So did I, but I didn't back in.
