Is anybody else in the Philly/So Jersey area excited that this year's FCA Annual Meet is going to be right in our backyard this year? I hear they're holding it at the New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville. I can't believe that it will be just a half hour from my house! I guess I'm going to have to get another car then... ;)

also, I just noticed that, in Augie's FCA2010 banner, the picture of the Scaglietti badge w/ most of the dark paint scraped off the "S" is from our car.

Scaglietti signing our metal rear lid at Reading 2000

There's no excuse not to have everyone here at the National; it's actually pretty unusual to have it so close when it was just here in 2006, so it may be a loooong time before it's back. I also don't remember a National being in the fall like this one - that will be a nice change from the Viet Nam heat of 2006.

I should be there judging. It would be nice to meet.

The National is shuffling the deck a bit for the scheduling of meets so you might be right about it not being back for a while.

Climate reasons are why they scheduled it so late.

I will be going. I am making plans to have the BBi in tip-top shape for the 2010 National Meet and the 2011 Cavallino.

This may be somewhere on here, but I can't find it with a quick search. To show up at this meet does one have to own a Ferrari? I would like to make plans to head across the state to see this but am unsure of the policies of attending.

    Thanks

You do have to be a member of the FCA to attend. I believe that requires you to have a VIN number to join but you can get on line to see.
Membership is something like $140 and then the cost of the FCA national event entry fee which is likely several hundred bucks for the full monty not including on track participation. I will be in attendance for sure. I will be on the track as well. Jon in Delaware
