Must have options on F430

I have a friend who's looking to get his first Ferrari-a 430 coupe with manual, and he's asking what a realistic selling price is. He has his eye on a '07 that was priced at $179,900 and has recently been reduced to $159,900. But, I don't know what options the car he's interested in has.
This is a buyer's market, I would think, so what can he realistically expect to pay off dealer asking price? And yeah, I know, "he'll end up paying whatever he pays." Not sure why he's asking, but thought I'd throw the question out there.
