A bit of both perhaps? [/QUOTE] Lol, yeah, I guess. I don't know of any wrist implants available, and I would rather work on getting a 2 pack than building up my wrists
Oh that's not bad; I was expecting a little longer. I sure hope I like them, the Panerai I ordered is one I've been after for a while. In fact, while I was at a jewelry store purchasing my fiance's wedding band a few weeks ago, I was offered the a real one for 50% of MSRP and it took everything in my power not to bite. If the wedding wasn't in a few months, I would have purchased it in a heart beat...for some reason I was being responsible that day. Mark
Wow it looks great! Ive been lurking on there site myself. I'll probably get a Daytona as well. What differences do you see? I'm not an expert but I can't see any.
A couple more and I'll be happy, pappy Thanks, Jeff. I'm no expert on the Daytona's either, but from what I can tell, and not looking at a real one right next to it, there are no differences in appearance. I was amazed at the at how real it looked.
Any one care to comment on the lume on the panerai reps? My lume on the B&R lasts for about 5 seconds. Not sure if it's supposed to be bright in the dim, or if it should really glow.
I should take a photo of mine in the dark, it's excellent. However, this rep isn't exactly run of the mill. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I will be able to compare my Pam 90 with the rep when it comes. I'll post and let you know because I was wondering the same thing myself. Mark
From what I've been reading, the issue with the Daytonas isn't the looks- it's the function. The standard Asian 7750 chrono movement iised in most of these watches sn't designed to operate with the second hand on the 6 o'clock subdial like the genuine Daytona does, so either the chrono functions don't work or there is all kinds of weird rube goldberg engineering to get the second hand from the 9 o'clock to the 6 o'clock position. The add-on engineering fails quickly. I was hankering for a YG daytona on a leather band, but have changed my focus to a Breitling Chronomat Evolution for this reason. Gio P
True B&R lume in partial light below. It should stay like this for hours. If you want your replica to look like this, do a search; you can usually get them relumed for about $75 to $100 Image Unavailable, Please Login
My biggest concern at this point is the cadmium & lead content. Remember all the jewelry from China that had to be pulled from store shelves due to toxic metals? I just hope these watches don't use any of that stuff. But then again, with everything being made in China these days (yes, even real watch components), we're probably doomed anyway.
I got a rose gold plated Richard Mille rep from watcheden, no problems at all so far! Now I'm planning what to get next..........
I have a couple of the gold plated ones, no issues, however I change watches every day or every other day since I have so many.
Fair enough, thats good to hear. I held back buying the rose gold RM because I didnt think the finish would last. Cool!! I will keep that in mind for my next one.
Does anyone have a Royal Oak from these guys? I love that watch but it will be many years and a very big "if" before I could get a real one.
I just ordered a Breitling Bentley from them. If this watch is nice I will be ordering a Royal Oak replica next.
