    Stephane -

Sort of unrelated... is that a 50% or 40% tint on your windows? I'm thinking of having mine done too, but can't decide what level.

Not sure Daniel, I bought it like that, to me it is the perfect amount of tint, but not sure what level.

Windows are up because it was 38 degrees, but still fun on the track despite the cold temps.

I'm envious. :) Private track time for a photo session. How I'd love to do that. :) The pictures overall are pretty good but if you don't mind some constructive criticism here's some suggestions of mine.

Photos 1 and 2 both suffer from shadow issues and that hinges on where the sun was when you took the picture. The side of the car facing the camera, the side we're interested in seeing, is in shadow. A few solutions would be to photograph at a different location on the track where the sun is illuminating the car, shoot that location at a different time of day to get the sun in a different part of the sky, or add light with off-camera flash. Given that you have the shot I'd play around with some shadow boost. Even a small amount should give a noticeable improvement.

Number 3 I like quite a bit. Very nice. Number 5 is quite nice.

Number 4, its a moving shot, its an action shot. Slow down the shutter. Show some motion in that shot. As now, its hard to tell the car is actually moving, rather than just parked.

Number 6, probably the best of the bunch, but could use a touch of shadow boost as well. Nicely done.

Number 7, maybe the best example of not paying attention to the direction of light in the series. The bumper of the car, your main point of interest in the shot, is the poorest lit part of the shot. If you look at the shot critically you'd have to admit this is a better shot of the background than it is of the car. Turn the car to face the sun or simply fire the flash on the camera and add light where there isn't and you'd be golden.

Thanks for the constructive criticism, I actually wasn't aware of any of those issues, to me the photos came out great, but I thought since they were a gift, I wasn't going to complain, plus the track time was icing on the cake ;)

Thanks, I actually didn't think to put the windows down, it was so cold that day.
I did have a red 348 about 8 years ago. Loved it, but nothing compared to the 355, this one is Swatters Blue. I've had it less than a year, unfortunately sold it. My favorite blue on the 355.
