I need to remove the runners from the seats and I am sure how to do this. I have removed the seats from the car by moving them fully back, undoing the two bolts then moving them forward and undoing the rear bolts. Finally, I turned off the ignition, unplugged the connectors and removed the seats. Problem now is I cant access all six of the bolts that hold the runners to the seats without operating the motors.

    Any help would be appreciated!

God i cant remember exactly what i did. But i am sure once i removed my seats from the floor. I tilted them and connected the electrical connector back up so i could operate the seats to get access to the heads.
    Its been a few years.

Thanks! I wondered if that may be the way. I had hoped I could split the two items "on the bench" so to speak!

Maybe you can if you hook up to a battery.
