O.K. I am down to two sets from the first run between here and Ebay. Seems to be an overseas need as well, orders from Spain, Germany and the U.K., very first order went to Taiwan. To clear up a question I get a lot, the color of the lenses in the Euro cars is the plastic yellow reflector behind the lens, so these will work on the euro cars. I am going to have the second run started next week if anyone needs these in the future. I have the lenses up for sale in the ferrariads section for those needing any. I sell them individually, but will combine shipping.

Thats a good deal considering I bought a lens for $650 & a parts guy told me it was a steal.

The glass OEMs are very expensive, if you can find one. I still have the passenger side glass fog lens and I am asking just about that much for it. That is one of the reasons I started this project. The OEM glass is unobtainium and the prices are through the roof on the used parts. I didn’t like the idea of risking a glass lens again either. At least these can take a hit.

    Hi Guys and Gals,
It's been a few weeks since I posted. The next batch of clear lenses are on the way in. I also heard back from the company making the snap over covers and I will have a prototype in just two weeks! I will post more when I have one in my hands.

Is anyone interested in lenses or snap covers in all yellow? I am thinking about having one set done in yellow just to see how it would look. See picture (stolen from Daniel :D) below. They would look something like this. From what I understand we can do other colors as well and on an individual basis if needed.

FYI, here is a shot of the french fog lights on my car which are two-tone, yellow at the bottom and clear at the top. That might be too hard for you to do, but a nice combo.

    Just food for thought.....

I saw that picture before, but I am not sure how that is done. Is there a colored inner lens or color filter on the inside of the lens? I would love to do those. I'll look into it and see if it is cost effective to produce.

    Thanks,

    Mike

The bottom metal reflectors are yellow in color which is pretty strange. Not sure how they accomplished that.

No worries man! What's mine is yours :) Except of course the Speedline wheels, carbon roof, and 8-gazillion dollar maintenance tab.

Grenouille, foie, vin. With enough, in the proper quantities, the Empire will rise again.

    Or maybe not.
