Does anyone have any experience with this? Had a patient today who was raving about it, and almost all the web reviews seem good, but I can't ascertain if any are truly independent. I don't see it as replacing my standard weight lifting regimen, but I could see it as a supplement, and especially for travel (I always try to find decent gyms while traveling, but that is sometimes tough, and many hotel gyms don't have the equipment for a good workout). I also know there is a fair amount you can do in a hotel room with no equipment at all, but this would seem to provide more options.

Use it almost daily at my gym. Nice piece of equipment.

My trainer kicked my butt on these a couple weeks ago. She said just about all of her clients end up buying the set for home/road use.

I have been taking TRX classes for two years now. Twice a week for over one year. Best over all body strengthening program I have ever used. You build long lean strong muscles and terrific core strength. Builds a terrific base of strength to then go on and develop other muscle groups or implement other exercise without risking hurting yourself due to a weakness in your core body strength. My .02 cents Jon in Delaware
