all of the above. we all want to drive our cars on the limit .. but one car's (or the driver's) limit might be less than that of another .. in those circumstances let the faster guy go and then resume driving on your own limit. these 2 guys were dualing with each other, holding me up and flatly refusing to let me by even though I was all over their asses on each & every corner. i was tempted to walk down & tell them what I thought, but at the end of the day who needs the grief.

Mate, the M5 guys is on his second track day, very nice guy but has no idea what he is doing... yet. I steer clear of him. He is the guy that Smoothie played with in his One series last time. There were a lot of unpredictable guys yesterday.... some were all over the place, overtaking at the wrong place, or if slow just going everywhere to get out of the way.... I decided not to overtake any of them for fear of them putting me in a t bone steak.

Yeah, I should not ****e stir about your car ever again mate...

Exactly.... the M3 coupe in a bluey sort of silver was a bit of a turd.... be blocked a fair few of us yesterday.

Mate, never worth a confrontation. We just slow down for them and wait for the straights to overtake.... having said that they seemed all over the place even on the straights and wouldnt let us pass at these areas! The M3 held me up on from 7/8 straight then at 9 braked real early.... thought he was letting me pass.... but then at the last minute started to turn in too early forcing me into a truly weird apex round 9.... on the inside.

Yesterday was too many cars with too many varied makes and people we did not know. I have decided for sure not to run when there are so many cars on the track again, will only do PCS or the track days organised by the small groups I know. In any case, think we aint getting many more track days as they have all more or less been cancelled for the year.

yeh I figured he was a newbie

that's the one! I had the exact same experience with him on turn 9 .. nearly removed my nose. my prob was after a couple of laps of trying to get by on corners I waited for the straight and both M5 & 3 decided they wanted to race me down the straight .. & their braking at the end made it too dangerous to think abt trying to get by them there. I agree there were too many cars out there yesterday

    how come?
